You will be able to schedule an appointment for the services listed. All questions must be answered in order to schedule an appointment. You will be allowed to schedule one appointment.

1. Certificate of Conduct.
   Certificates of Conduct are criminal history searches/background checks within the five boroughs of New York City: Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island.
2. Non-Criminal Fingerprints.
   Non-Criminal Fingerprints may be required for certain permits or licenses. Criminal history searches are not included.
